intro
GOGO is a conceptual pharmaceutical company, whose objective is to provide customers with on-the-go pharmaceutical essentials. With the focus on 4 everyday use products, such as ibuprofen, hydrogen peroxide, band-aids, and ointment, the goal was to create packaging for these essentials that didn't have the typical "medical" look and to have something that was playful and fun yet still conveyed a sense of trust and reliability.
process + experience
Since these products can be used on a more regular basis, by anyone, anywhere, I wanted to create a kit that would appeal to everyone. Rather than having them all sold separately, I liked the idea of making them all come together and turning it into an essentials kit. It is not a first aid kit, but something rather more useful for the everyday person.
Each product was associated with a signature colour, and all maintain the same system of featuring a graphic icon in the shape or form of the contents to display a little preview of the product. The 4 products come in slipcase box, with GOGO cut out in order to see some colour and products inside. The box could be kept to store the products in, or they could be taken out and kept wherever you would like.
outcome
I think I got so many headaches and cuts from working on this that I finished the bottle of ibuprofen and box of band-aids. GOGO to the rescue!
